How Vaxa works with Start Ups

We acquire an equity stake in the company with a Board and/or Observer seat option. We expect to be active.

Straight consulting fee for projects with defined outcomes. These can be performance based.

We are allocated advisory shares to work on a range of strategic and operational issues. Optional Board and/or Observer seat.

Retainer fee arrangements assume a longer time horizon where we work on a wide variety of strategic, marketing, and operational challenges.
